Crown Chakra

Some of the emotional imbalances include:

 

•          Depression, anxiety

•          Sensitivities (to light, sounds, etc.)

•          Inability to focus

•          Constant drama in your life

•          Firm thoughts on religion and spirituality, confusion, carry prejudices

•          Fears, fear of alienation.

•          Inability to see beyond your own space, not being able to be empathetic

 

Some of the physical imbalances include:

 

•          Poor coordination

•          Chronic tension headaches and migraines

•          Exhaustion

•          Hair loss

•          Pituitary gland malfunctions

•          Meditate

•          Learn something new

•          Practice gratitude

•          Wear the color purple

•          Practice Yoga poses as Headstand, Rabbit Stand, Crocodile Pose, Corpse Pose, Half Camel   Pose.

 

Third Eye Chakra

 

Some of the emotional imbalances include:

 

•          Lack of intuitive guidance and self-reflect

•          Moodiness, volatility

•          Overactive imagination

•          Inability to learn from others

•          Brain fog

•          Lack of inspiration

 

 Some of the physical imbalances include:

 

•          Eye and sinus issues, blurred vision, eyestrain

•          Seizures

•          Hearing loss

•          Headaches

•          Hormone dysfunctions

•          Meditate

•          Listen to your body

•          Wear the color blue.

•          Keep a dream journal.

•          Practice Yoga balancing postures like Tree Pose and Dancer’s Pose.

 

Throat Chakra

 

Some of the emotional imbalances include:

 

•          Low self-esteem, no willpower

•          Unable to self-express and communicate

•          Talking all the time without knowing when to stay quiet

•          Inability to speak up or stand up for yourself

•          Unable to set boundaries

 

Some of the physical imbalances include:

 

•          Sore throat, laryngitis, ear infections

•          Mouth ulcers, facial problems

•          Thyroid problems

•          Jaw pain or habit of grinding your teeth

•          Pain or stiffness in your neck

•          Meditate (silence meditation)

•          Sing (chant a mantra)

•          Wear the color turquoise.

•          Drink soothing teas

•          Practice Yoga poses such as Lions Breath, Fish pose, Baby Cobra, Cat cow.

 

 Heart Chakra
 

Some of the emotional imbalances include:

 

•          Emotional heart problems, sense of loss

•          Excessive love to the point of suffocation

•          An inability to let go of past wounds

•          Abandonment, anger, bitterness, Jealousy

•          Fear of loneliness, Jealousy

•          Lack of self-compassion
 

Some of the physical imbalances include:

 

•          Heart palpitations, asthma, breast issues

•          Pain in your upper back or chest, tight shoulders

•          Lowered immune system, lymphatic system issues

•          Poor circulation, high/low blood pressure

•          Respiratory and breathing difficulties

•          Connect with nature and breathe

•          Meditate

•          Practice loving-kindness

•          Take great care of self-love and express love to others

•          Wear green or pink colors

•          Practice Yoga poses such as Low Lunge, Reverse Prayer, Wheel pose, Cobra

 

Solar Plexus

 

Some of the emotional imbalances include:

 

•          Low self-esteem, overinflated ego

•          Issues with identity, confidence, and personal power

•          Fear of rejection, criticism

•          Physical appearance is prioritized

•          Inability to commit

•          Inability to follow through with goals

 

Some of the physical imbalances include:

 

•          Digestive issues, abdominal pain, acid reflux, ulcers, etc.

•          Liver dysfunction

•          Diabetes

•          Issues with the pancreas, gallbladder, and colon

•          Meditate

•          Eat healthy balanced meals easy to digest

•          Do not drink cold water and never overeat  

•          Sunbathe

•          Wear color yellow

•          Practice Yoga poses such as Child’s Pose, Dhanurasana, Downward Facing Dog

 

Sacral Chakra

 

Some of the emotional imbalances include:

 

•          Feeling easily overwhelmed emotionally, lack of creativity

•          Feeling detached, depressed, over-sensitive

•          Loss of imagination and no creativity

•          Excessive boundaries, poor social skills, and attitudes toward loved ones

•          Out of touch with emotions and closed off

•          Unable to commit to a relationship and unable to have fun

•          Pain and stiffness in your low back and hips

•          Urinary problems

•          Kidney dysfunctions, hip, pelvic and low back pain

•          Sexual and reproductive issues

•          Meditate

•          Connect with the element of water: drink water, swim, take a soothing bath

•          Dance, move, stretch, wear color orange

•          Stay in touch with your feelings, write or use therapy

•          Practice Yoga poses such as Reclining Bound Angle, Bound Angle Pose, Dancing Goddess

 

 Root Chakra

 

Some of the emotional imbalances include:

 

•          Feeling ungrounded, unsafe, and insecure

•          Home life feels chaotic and unsettled

•          Feeling stuck in life

•          Struggling to share, selfishness

•          Having a victim mind state

•          Feelings that affect our basic survival needs such as money, shelter, and food

 

Some of the physical imbalances include:

 

•          Constipation and bowel issues

•          Difficulty sleeping

•          Pain and stiffness in your feet and legs, knee pain

•          Rectum & tailbone problems

•          Degenerative arthritis, sciatica

•          Immune system problems

•          Male reproductive parts and prostate gland issues

•          Eat foods from the earth.

•          Practice breathing exercises

•          Wear color red.

•          Connect with nature, with earth, walk, bike, do grounding

•          Practice Yoga, poses such as Sukhasana, Balasana, Malasana, Warrior 1, Lotus Position
